ActiveSupport
This may be an add on to ActiveMonitor or a tailored support contract for individual companies. ActiveSupport consists of the purchase of a fixed number of support hours at a discounted rate. The AS contract provides fixed service level terms such as, helpdesk access, 2 hour response, call out options, discounted rates etc.
An ActiveSupport contract gives peace of mind to clients that they will have qualified technical assistance at the end of the phone, email, or the Fultura web portal.
